Concept Development

Here we are going to work on completely new technologies which are not there in the market

this we can say it is research and development also. If we want to work in this phase we must be good with Different CAD and FEA Packages, Good With Technical Knowledge, Analytical Skills e.t.c

Design Phase

Design Engineer:-

After the concept development Phase we will move to Design phase were we will develop 3d models of all the components and Assembled into a Complete sub System then as a whole Aeroplane.  we will work on detailing also to provide for the manufacturers. if we want to work in this phase we should be good With CAD package most of the Aeronautical Companies are using Catia and NX these days.

Analysis Phase

Stress Engineer/ CFD Analyst/ Analyst

After the design phase we will analyse those components by using FEA Packages and that results were used to validate with the results we developed in the concept development phase. if we want to work in this phase we should be good with Flow Properties, Mechanical Properties and Technical Judge Ments. Ansys, Abacus, Nastan, Hypermesh FEA Packages are used by most of the Aero companies.

Manufacturing Phase

After the Analysis Phase we are confident enough to manufacture the real scale Product. prototyping and its testing will be done in concept development. here we will manufacture different components with appropriate manufacturing methods after this assembling will be done as sub systems and as a complete product.
