The Secret is written by Rhonda Byrne. The secret is all about ''making up our minds to achieve our goals'' and ''The Law Of Attraction'' This is termed as the secret by the author of this book. The Best Thing about this book is each methodology is explained by different scholars and authors which helps the readers to see the different view points on the same scenarios and at the end of the book we can see all the authors and scholars biography who contributed to this book. Making up our minds to reach our goals in different aspects of our life like Financial goals, Relation Ship goals, Health goals and social and life goals explained by different authors. ''I personally feel the people who follows Rama Krishna Mat writings will be well aware of all these things''. This whole book revolves around the same concept called making up the minds and the law of Attraction but in different view points from different scholars.

This Book says the secret will give what ever we want in life like happiness, Health, Wealth and it does not depend on the quantity or size of our goals. What Ever comes into our life its all because we attracts them into our life by thinking about them, visualizing them in our minds those all thoughts are the energy that is termed as the law of attraction. Law of attraction is the biggest secret in our life and it says same kind attracts each other always when we think about something the energy produced by that thoughts will be sent to the universe then the same kind of thoughts with the same frequency will be attracted by our mind. If we want to change something in our life we need to change our thoughts. Present thoughts will decide our future and what ever we concentrate more that will become our life, our thoughts will turn into things.
Law Of Attraction is a law of nature it shows no difference like gravity it attracts whatever we think depending on the intensity of thoughts. If you want to know what you are thinking we have to question our self about the feeling we experience, our feelings are the tools to know our thoughts. Our thoughts will decide the frequency and our feelings will make us understand the level of thoughts. There will be three stages in achieving our goals we have to dream, we have to trust and we have to accept. The dream of our goal should be clear in our mind then we have to feel that our dream is already achieved then the positive energy will be developed in our brain and it drives to achieve the goal. For Example if we think to loose weight we should not concentrate on loosing weight we have to concentrate on our desired weight. We have to start from the small things while adapting this kind of thought process in our life. The way we want to do the things in a day should be pre planned so that the day will be exactly as we wanted the same thing will be extended to our life.
waiting is a powerful attraction, wait for the things you desired to be happen and do not wait for the things you did not desired. Thanking Nature is a way of transferring energy that will help you to get your desired things in life so be thankful to what you got that will increase the positive energy within you which helps to reach most of your goals. If you want to use law of attraction effectively make it a habit instead of using it rarely. At the end of the day think about the incidents that happened on that day and think about the incidents that didn't go as your wish to be happen in your way.
If you want to attract money concentrate on wealth, If you concentrate on not having money it is very difficult to attract the money in your life. Behave as you have lot of money using your imagination then we can feel the positive about the money and that helps to create more income resources. If we want to attract some one in our life we have to make sure all our surroundings are supportive to us like our thoughts, words e.t.c. We have to concentrate on our self first we have to fulfill our self otherwise we do not have anything to give to others. We have to love our self and respect our self first then only we can attract others into our life. If we have bad feelings about us we cannot get love moreover we attract people and the situations which makes us to think we are bad. We have to concentrate on good things we possess that makes us more positive and we will get to know more positive things within us. If we want to make a good relation with some one we have to concentrate only good things in them not on their imperfections when we concentrate on good things in them we can identify more good things in them.
Health is our mental condition, If a patient trust a drug can cure him it is going to cure his illness the only thing we have to do is to make him to trust on that drug. Concentrating on our complete health we can do with our beliefs and thoughts we no need to concentrate on outside things. When we feel ill we need more laugh it can create lot more feelings of happiness and it will remove the negativity and it helps us to overcome our illness over time. The main reason to illness in our body is our thoughts and the concentration we gives to that illness do not talk more about the illness unless you desire more of it and do not listen to others illness from them instead divert their thoughts and words from that and guide them to concentrate on more healthy thoughts and happy thoughts it will help them to over come their illness.
The feeling about oldness is always with in us but we no need to think or concentrate on them instead we have to concentrate on good health and our youthfulness. We should not listen to the society who talks about oldness, diseases it creates negative thoughts with in us they are not needed for us.
Life Is Like a Black Board we have to fill it with our fondest memories, only thing we have to do is we have to feel everything in a right way, we have to use our inner strength as much as possible so that it helps us to attract more positive energy towards us. Do What you love in this way we can save lot of our energy and it gives us the happiness and leave the small fights to the smaller minds do not waste your energy in it.
